I'm Julia. I am a Head Hunter and Management Consultant turned Career Coach.
I specialise in career acceleration, executive coaching, and leadership development, supporting both individual leaders and the organisations investing in their top talent. My work equips people with the clarity, confidence, and strategy they need to land the right role and excel in it.
My background includes roles at Spencer Stuart, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), The World Bank, and Accenture, giving me deep insight into how high‑performing leaders are hired, assessed, and developed.
I work with clients globally—including the US, UK, Europe, Dubai/UAE, and Asia—and bring a strong appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives shaped by living in the US, Europe, and North & East Africa, as well as extensive international travel. I coach in English and French.
